As a North West based company we can proudly state that all of our roof installation products are made here in the UK. As well as all parts being sourced in this country, we also manufacture our own bespoke parts and components in-house!
All staff are based locally too and we have no need to outsource or use sub-contractors as we have the experience needed in all facets of installing an elevating roof to your VW van!
We never compromise on the quality of materials, components or fabrics involved in converting your VW van. We control the whole process from start to finish and make sure the fitting of your roof is to our exacting high standards! Our expert quality control team test the new lifting roof on your van so that it passes our stringent tests before going back to our happy customers.
Installation
Our in-house fitting team take the same amount of care as the manufacturing team by providing the same rigorous standards to the finished product. All staff are fully trained in mechanical engineering and specialise in working on VW campers.
We will work to flexible timescales, always working around the customers needs and convenience. Although we are based in the North West in Lancashire we are always more than happy to collect or drop off your vehicle locally and nationwide for a small fee. You will find our installation team to be friendly and courteous.
Customer Care
All of our roofs come with a warranty as standard. Each warranty is tailored to the type of work you have carried out so please contact us for more information on this. It’s easy to say that you provide great customer service but we can honestly say that we pride ourselves in giving a good old fashioned value for money service.

Special Features
Our campervan roofs are designed to integrate some special features like the use of high density marine grade all purpose material for the elevating roof sides. Clear windows are installed at the front of the elevated roof with the option of a zip fitting which are also normally standard depending on your model.
Airflow is always important and that’s why we fit breathable mesh vents to the sides and a zip over cover as standard. All hinges are made from stainless steel to prohibit rust and the roof finish will be seamless so that no fixings are visible on the roof surface. The roof structure is built from the finest heat resistant, high grade resin for ultimate safety and style in your vehicle.
The roof core is a light weight material designed so that the finished product adds little weight to VW camper. To seal the roof a single piece of rubber moulding is used which gives your roof an air and water tight fit! All hidden parts and the framework are powder coated and we only use stainless steel for manufacturing fasteners, ball joints, brackets and locking mechanisms. The roof finish will be low profile and fitted with aluminium trim profiles and wind deflectors.
If you decide to have an integrated bed fitted with your elevating roof then we only use waterproof materials for the bed kit. Inside we can integrate lighting so that it looks like it was fitted at the vehicles manufacture. We coat your new roof in a matching colour coded gel coat to give a seamless finish.
